Throughout his career, Shameer has worked with leading UAE developers, including Dubai Properties and Union Properties, gaining deep expertise across the full spectrum of real estate operations, including property management, community management, sales and leasing, facilities and asset management, budgeting and financial planning, feasibility studies and financial analysis, tendering and bid management, strategic planning and business development, and operational excellence and stakeholder management.

Anas Mahmoud is an accomplished Civil Engineer and Projects Director with over 18 years of distinguished experience in delivering complex construction projects, strategic project planning, cost optimization, and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing large-scale developments, and ensuring projects are executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, efficiency, and commercial performance.

As a PMP-certified professional, Eng. Anas possesses strong capabilities in end-to-end project management, including project planning, construction execution, budgeting, cost control, resource optimization, and performance management. His comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, technical requirements, and project delivery strategies enables him to successfully manage challenging projects while achieving targeted timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.

His areas of expertise include construction and site management, project controls, cost estimation, contract and subcontractor management, technical drawing review, procurement and materials coordination, quality assurance, risk management, critical path analysis, and executive-level project reporting. He is recognized for his ability to identify challenges proactively, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement across project operations.

Mohamed Junaid is a highly accomplished Mechanical Engineer with over 7 years of professional experience in the UAE, specializing in facilities management, building operations and maintenance, asset management, and fire protection systems. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed the operation and maintenance of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, ensuring optimal asset performance, regulatory compliance, and high standards of service delivery.

His professional expertise includes 3 years of specialized experience in fire protection systems, supported by Dubai Civil Defense approval (Approval No. DCDS0000455802), along with more than 4 years of experience overseeing the operation and maintenance of building services within the UAE real estate sector.

He has developed extensive knowledge in preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, contractor coordination, and technical documentation, enabling organizations to achieve operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by a Diploma in Building Mechanical Systems and a Diploma in Facilities Management.
